While our stylists take great care in consultation and service delivery, hair and skin outcomes can vary based on individual hair history, skin type, and prior chemical treatments. We will always discuss expected results and any risks before beginning a service.
For colour, keratin, and certain chemical treatments, a patch test may be required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to check for allergic reactions. We reserve the right to decline a service if a patch test has not been completed.
